Do I need an account to browse listings?
No. You can browse listings freely. An account is only required to post a shipment, reply to a listing or message someone.
How do I choose the right carrier?
You compare the quotes received: price, lead time, vehicle, reviews from other shippers and the carrier's verification level. You accept the one that suits you, or none.
How is payment secured?
You pay for the job before departure, but the funds stay held. They are released to the carrier once delivery is done.
What happens on delivery?
The carrier adds proof of delivery (photo and recipient's signature). The job moves to “delivered” and the invoice is generated.
Can I set my own price?
Yes. By choosing “I set my price”, you offer a rate: the first carrier to accept gets the job, with no quote. A suggested price helps you set it.
I don't know yet when my shipment will be ready.
Choose “Flexible”: your listing stays visible with no fixed date. You can also give a pickup period, or an exact date with a latest delivery date.
