Who can become a carrier on Fretix?
Any transport company with a SIRET number that holds the required documents: Kbis, insurance, transport capacity certificate and vehicle documents.
Can I reply to listings right away?
Yes: a carrier account can reply straight after signing up. Then send your documents: the check is automatic and the “verified” badge reassures shippers.
How do I set my prices?
For each listing you send your quote: price, lead time and a message. When the shipper has set their own price, you can accept it directly: the first carrier to accept gets the job.
When do I get paid?
The customer pays before departure and the funds are held. They are released once delivery is done and proof is uploaded, then paid into your bank account.
How do I avoid driving home empty?
As soon as a job is taken, your area suggests profitable loads near your destination (returns) or on the same route (consolidation), calculated for your vehicle. You can also create alerts on your usual routes.
Where do I send my documents?
For now, sending and tracking your documents is done from the Fretix mobile app, with the same account as on the website.
